While Kris was healing herself from childhood and young-adulthood trauma, she came face to face with an immense amount of unexplainable pain. After seeing numerous healthcare professionals she was diagnosed with fibromyalgia.

Through her own healing journey she discovered yoga therapy and the power of moon circles with other awakened wombyn.

Kris Jones is now an Energy Healer, Yoga Therapist in training and Life Guide living in Austin, Texas.

I too, have had life experience healing from childhood trauma and it is super lovely to encounter a fellow healer that is empowering others through her journey.  We are so formidable as a species to harness and heal any misaligned energies within and the more people are exposed to this truth and learn about their innate inner healing systems will surely have a long lasting and positive impact.  Great content, great site and overall great mission!  Thank you for your good energy and I wish you all the very best of everything!

  2. I absolutely love this. Spiritual growth is so important, it is what keeps us grounded. I can see myself listening to this podcast on a daily basis. I think it is very important to keep your chakras in balance, I have noticed that if they are not aligned little things starts getting to me. I really like the analogy from the Lion king. This is so accurate and something I can see happening in my own life, going through that as we speak actually. Such a good podcast and what a good website to give this awareness.

  3. I used to suffer from fibromyalgia a lot. It makes my work as a freelance writer very difficult since I have to sit for extended periods of time in front of my computer. I have taken a lot of different pain medications, still I find no permanent relief.  I have always had a negative view of Yoga/meditation, but after listening to your podcast, I would want to consider trying it out any time soon. The human body is mysterious and medical science does not have all the answers.

    1. Thank you for sharing your story! Pain medications simply cover up the pain, they don’t resolve the source of the pain. Look into the yoga + meditation at studio nearby or online. There are many different types so if you don’t like what you find at first, don’t get discourages. It took me nearly 10 tries to find a yoga teacher I resonate with.
